The City of Palm Coast is nestled on the east coast of Florida just off of Interstate 95.  Palm Coast was established in 1969 when ITT Community Development Corporation purchased about 68,000 acres stretching along the ocean, intercoastal waterways and adjacent areas.  Palm Coast is becoming one of the nations most successful planned communities.

Palm Coast’s ideal location provides easy and quick access to Daytona Beach, historic St. Augustine, Orlando and Jacksonville.  We are approximately 90 miles away from Central Florida’s major attractions and theme parks.

We have just about any kind of home or community you might desire.  We have new and resale home on the ocean, ocean condominiums, intercostal and saltwater canal homes, and condominiums.  There are private gated communities with luxurious amenities.
